Bowlsline -Australia Terms and Conditions of Sale

Main terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

Customer is responsible to provide all information about product, quantity and delivery address to Bowlsline-Australia through the on-line shop portal.
Where engraving or other special instructions are provided by the Customer, these will be deemed accurate, and Bowlsline-Australia will bear no liability for incorrect information provided by the Customer.
Products will not be shipped before full payment is received in Bowlsline-Australia's designated bank account.
All Selling prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars.)
Patents are to be adhered to. Any breach of the patents may result in legal recourse.
No verbal or written abusive behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc., will be accepted by Bowlsline-Australia and in that event Bowlsline-Australia may refuse to sell to that Customer.
Disable user accounts.

Return and Refund Policy

Bowlsline-Australia Return and Refund Policy.

A Return and Refund may be:

Within 14 days of receiving the product, triggered by the original delivery receipt date from Australia Post
Products must be in as new condition and properly packaged and insured for the delivery back to Bowlsline-Australia
Obtain agreement from Bowlsline-Australia in writing before returning the product
Provide a clear reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
Process for product return is to make contact with Bowlsline-Australia by email on michael@bowlsline-australia.co
Process of refund to be determined on a case-by-case basis between Bowlsline-Australia and the Customer
